Ok, to be fair, there's a big difference between pedophiles who offend and those that don't that you should have drawn a clearer line between here (and the rest of society needs to as well, tbh).

When I talk about non-offenders, I mean the ones that don't download CP or want to go kidnap a kid down the street or something. They're the ones that often feel guilty about their condition and deserve support and therapy so they can live normal lives without acting on their urges.

When you actually start doing illegal things and acting on these feelings though, you cross a very serious line. "Offending" pedophiles need to be locked away for the safety of society.
