When I was about 10-ish my mom was dating some piece of shit junkie, let's call him Dave, who was jealous of her friendship with our male neighbor across the street, his name will be Mike. One night Dave decides to call up Mike because he wants to fight him. My mom being the white trash lunatic she was decides to facilitate this fight by having it at our house. Dave shows up with his cousin and they wait for Mike to come across the street. Dave goes outside and proceeds to get tossed around like a rag doll by my giant neighbor. I see Dave's cousin has a baseball bat hidden up his sleeve and I told my mom but she wouldn't listen. Dave's cousin runs outside and begins to smash Mike's face in with his bat and they run off. I had to watch Mike get transported to the hospital. It snowed that night and the very next day I was walking myself to school as usual and I paused because there was a huge pile of red snow across the street soaked with Mike's blood.
