What do you not agree with but can still respect?

I also hold a bachelor of science degree in biology and have worked in research for several years before medical school. I am also months, not years, away from being a physician. I also studied a fair amount of philosophy in my undergraduate years which is why I'm interested in discussing these topics. I know you are trying to downplay my experience but please focus on facts and arguments.

You actually were disputing whether or not a embryo or fetus were considered alive which can readily be explained by science. The moral question which you are responding to can not be justified scientifically since ethics is inherently philosophical and not scientific.

I don't understand what you are trying to say in your last paragraph. I made a verifiable claim that a biologically distinct human being exists shortly after fertilization. This is a fact. That is the only thing I backed up.

You don't believe moral personhood is necessary to grant human rights? If not personhood, then what grants people rights? Is it arbitrary? Why shouldn't someone be able to enforce their ideas of morality on others? Isn't that why we have laws? What if I was a nihilist and didn't believe in human rights at all? Who are you to tell me that I can't lie, cheat, and steal and get away with it?

See the philosophical box of worms your last sentence opens up?
