Every year, we will have a "anonymous employee survey" that we are told that this is your chance to voice your opinion to improve our work environment. The work survey is sent through your work e-mail with a code that you use to take it. I answered the questions honest and did not sugar coat anything. Well, it wasn't something the company did not want to hear or acknowledge. My following evaluation was horrible. When I meant with the boss to see where I went wrong and to give me examples, she could not explain or give any reasons/samples why this eval was horrible. I have always gotten excellent evals prior to this. The same thing happen to a few other employees that scored the company low on this so called anonymous survey.
