What is something that happened to you that you don't tell anyone because they probably wouldn't believe you?

An assortment of paranormal experiences and other things I can't explain so we'll just call them paranormal too. The house my grandparents had when I was in middle school and freshman year had spirits living in it. There was a little girl (she looked about 7) who wore a flowy dress and had long brown hair. Every time I'd see her I'd be around 2am and she'd be in the living room. It was like she'd pop up out of no where, stand there, and then be gone. There was the spirit of man in that house too. I'd see him standing in back right corner of the hallway at random hours of the night. He wore what looked like an old timey suit with a derby hat atop his head. I remember one time in that house I opened my bedroom door and saw my grandma walk down the hall and turn to go into the kitchen. I thought it was odd for her to be up so late so I followed her. Once I got to the kitchen she was no where to be found so I headed back to my room and ran into my grandma on the way there and told her about what happened. After that night our dog would often bark/growl at the fridge or around the fridge whenever I was in the kitchen with him. At my old house where I lived throughout middle and high school I'd experience odd things too but not often. One night I was laying in bed half asleep when I had a total sense of dread overcome me. I was too afraid to get out of bed so I just laid there under my covers with anxiety. After about 5 minutes or so I felt someone grab the bottom of my covers and lift them and put them down quickly making the blankets do a eat like motion. I quickly sat up to see my room completely empty and still. The most odd/profound thing to happen to me was when my step dad passed away. The day he passed away I went into his and my moms room to see a large orb on his pillow. It didn't have color and was see through but what you saw through it was slightly blurry and distorted. I figured it was just him coming home to say bye before moving on so I told him I love him and goodbye for now.
