What is something your current home has shown you is a must NOT have in your next house?

Under an airport flight path!

This one's tricky. I've lived in two areas very close to each other and both strictly speaking in the approach path of one of the world's busiest airports. Must admit that living a couple of miles from an airport does have its conveniences but the noise and traffic must be considered.

The weird thing is my current house is closer to the airport and technically more directly in line with the approach, but for some reason the other place was much louder. Nowadays I only really hear planes when they are low due to clouds or whatever, or when weather conditions make the planes approach from a different vector than normal. I see the planes constantly and obviously if you listen they are always there, but it's not annoying. Other house, further from the airport, was weirdly much worse.
