So I hurt my back really badly last summer and it's been really painful since. In October, I don't know why, but it got really bad all of a sudden. One day I went to urgent care, they examined me, couldn't find anything. Pain meds were already maxed out, I was out of options. I could do about 3 hours a day of not lying down and even that time was painful.
