I have to be honest...I want to call BS on some of your post. A park Ranger rolled up on you, stoned, like he could smell the weed on you because it was in your hand, just puffed obviously so the odor is raw, and he didn't care? I have to throw a red flag of BS on that one.

I am venturing to guess that in that scenario being played out over and over again, with a "different" park ranger each time, but all the variables are the same, that "you" will come to the same hypothesis of:

Park/Forest Rangers are homies who only care if you’re fucking up the land

My educated statistical guess at the end of "you" playing out that same scenario 100 times is that you are "not" making the same statement based on what you just said.

I think you hit a statistical anomaly or just a cop that didn't care that day. But I certainly don't think that's the norm and what you would find out in a controlled lab with them.
