Because some man don't deal with this. They let the last few drips of urine get in their boxers and thus the smell. I personally find it gross how most men deal with their junk in the bathroom. I may be weird the weird one out, but i use TP every single damn time. It's a great habit to have and every male should use it after urinating. But it doesn't deal with the leak urine as soon as you start walking again. Pressing the taint is a cool little trick to prevent any further drips that the TP can't handle. So yeah, for any males out there, you'll be a cleaner using TP + Cleaning the pipes + one more TP after pressing the taint. It literally takes 30 seconds to not smell like urine.
