What would you like your boyfriend to do when you're with him and get catcalled by a stranger off the street?

As a teen, I had a bf who was very protective. He was hot as hell, tall and very fit. Whenever I would have problems with guys constantly bothering me or making vulgar comments he would turn into a pitbull and confront them.

I had this happen only once with him with a catcaller.
He told me to wait for him and he went and confronted the catcaller and had the catcaller apologize to me. Yeah, he's that type of guy.

Probably it depends on the scenario and the personality type of the bf. Probably it's best to ignore but it depends on the context too. I don't see anything wrong with a bf being protective of his gf if some dude is bothering her.
