What was your biggest "Yeah I really should not be here" moment?

I'm agnostic and I had a Mormon friend in college who really liked debating (well, to him it was probably more like trying to convert me) about science vs religion. He really wanted me to understand his religion. I'm a solid agnostic, but it's not a fair debate unless you really try to see the other side, so when he asked me to go to church with him because he thought it would enlighten me, I figured why not.

Before the service there was a bible study group where they read a passage, then went around the room and had everyone say what they thought the passage meant. I had read absolutely NONE of the bible and knew NOTHING about it, so when it got to me, I just had to make something up like "Uh, I think this passage proves that God is merciful and forgiving. Yeah" or something.

I felt like a spy or an intruder or something, like I worried they would find out I was agnostic and then not want me there. After the service, the guy who hosted the bible study came up and said, "That was my first time leading a bible study! How was it?" and I just had to say "Great! Super. Thought provoking. You did great."
