Absolute wankers. First time I booked with them they cancelled my flight 2 days before because they’d lent the plane to the Irish Govt, didn’t rebook us or anything just a fuck you.

Then a few years later has to go see my grandmother in Ireland and it was the only flight. Paid extra because we had our toddler with us so wanted to board early. Mass plane boarding starts, everyone pushing and shoving, our early call never happened. Staff didn’t give a shit.

Final time, husband was commuting to Amsterdam for a bit. Thankfully the last flight back, instead of taking like an hour he was back in 30 mins. Apparently they ‘forgot’ to re-fuel, which gives them cause to do a mayday so they got priority landing. WTF? Never ever again.
