What is your opinion on monarchism as a means to secure/unite a nation and its people?

As I said, in a single-party fascist state, the pro-people ideology of fascism is enforced by checks & balances.

Perhaps off-topic, but I'm not entirely familiar on the mechanism whereby this is ensured. Could you elaborate?

I'm not saying that he would force people into slavery. He would allow people some freedom, and economic comfortability. But he would have no incentive to uplift their culture or to raise their living standards as high as possible

Although it would be nice, such standards of living tend to lower the rate of birth (look at Sweden, Norway, Denmark) which in-turn creates a demand for high immigration, which is very undesirable. Furthermore, countries with high standards of living are prone to economic collapse as people become accustomed to living the high life while remaining unproductive laborers.

In what way? Diversity equals more workers & consumers which equals more support from the nation's oligarchs.

Diversity divides the nation into different cultures, lowering the loyalty of his people and making it harder to instill a sense of patriotism in the people. Remember that most monarchies in the old Europe had a state church and participation in other religions was strictly illegal -- diversity was out of the question. It is much more likely to expect monarchs will fulfill their desire for more workers & consumers with a method that doesn't divide their country and compromise their power, like raising the rate of birth.

Leaders in America, Canada, and Australia are doing exactly that and no significant amount of people are protesting it. As long as the people are indoctrinated and given bread & circuses, they will be complacent.

This is exactly the problem with democracy, not monarchy. Elected politicians almost always sacrifice the well-being of their nation for short-term popularity because their focus is on the next election, not what the country will look like in 75 years when their son turns 63. While monarchy at least gives us a chance that we will have a leader who keeps his nation and people united, democracy virtually ensures that we will not.
