What is your unpopular opinion?

Kinda strange this is an unpopular opinion, or maybe I'm underestimating how much shit people put up with (albeit some perhaps ignorantly). I've always hated DLC done wrong, yet most of the time when you point these examples out people act like there's nothing wrong. Well screw you guys, enjoy buying games with half the content gated behind paywalls.

What's worse -and this ties into my hate of tying games to online accounts- when the company goes bankrupt or whatever, later buyers who happen upon the title will never get access to the DLC. The truly idiotic thing about this is that technically DLC has no reason to go away - digital space is far easier to manage than meatspace, and if the base game is still being sold, then older, "more complete" titles win out over these newer eviscerated models because with those older games you get everything with the base game, whereas with the newer games you're shit out of luck because the DLC is no longer available. And god help you if the game happens to be DRM locked with an online component, haha, enjoy your useless purchase.
