I’m not talking about the Marine in the OP that was NJP’d and can’t be a grunt, and I’m not talking about a Marine who was peer reviewed either. I’m talking about someone I went to ITB with, who had something that might be similar (but probably not) situation to what OP is talking about.

As for the peer review part, that was the guess of another user as to why the guy I went through with didn’t get reclassed as a POG; which isn’t why, because there was never any sort of peer review process for this kid, but if there was, it definitely wouldn’t have been favorable.
