Fuckin comms. Best goddamn comms marines I know are "shitbag" lances, meanwhile my Sgt ass is pleading for them to do MCMAP and pick up but only one did cause he had a kid and reenlisted. My shops morale so low due to rocker fuckery they're purposely not picking up and def not reenlisting. 28s don't even offer reenlistment bonuses and idk how the Corps expects shit to work when every generation of a shop has like two Marines that actually know their shit then get out/can't reenlist with today's tightening of whats allowable. Then those that don't then get sent to forget their MOS and come back to be personnel/admin bitch because there's almost no middle ground of experienced in their MOS Sgts.
