They moved us into a larger office...where every inch of wall space was covered in a giant mural of robots graphically dismembering humans. Now, I'm no prude. I like violent movies and graphic novels. But being surrounded by gore and violence all day, with it filling your peripheral vision at all times, proved terrible for employee morale. Nobody liked it, but the CEO thought it was cool, so nobody brought it up. Right above the exit door there was a painting of a big robot flipping the bird, so the last thing you saw every day was a giant "FUCK YOU."
