What's something you're too afraid to admit or say?

If it encourages you any - most of my “successful” friends shared those same thoughts before university, throughout university, during graduate school, and continue to carry these thoughts into their professional life. Successful people (at least, conventionally successful people) tend to fear failure. Failure is a dominant and compelling motivator.

On the other hand, most of my “unsuccessful” friends did not share these thoughts.

One wonders though - who is the person with the real success? The one who has climbed high but fears falling down, or the one at the bottom free and frolicking about?

At some point one has to realize real happiness is not in achievements but in contentment.
