Michael Aquino, repeatedly implicated in SRA, child abuse and contemporary iterations of MKULTRA derived trauma-based programming, by numerous victims over the decades, from child victims of SRA to adult victims of Project Monarch. These allegations were proven definitively, however remain a compelling topic when one objectively examines the testimony of those involved and the circumstantial evidence, and considering with the manner in which the case was handled (or mishandled) by the courts.

It's worth noting that he (Aquino) had been heavily involved in military PSYOPS and the NSA, in acts of torture under CIA's Phoenix Program, and had authored the pivotal 'MindWar' paper on the topic of psyops, propaganda and mass mind control including the use of psychotronics to that effect.

As you are likely aware, he (Aquino) had founded the Temple if Set after a falling out with Church of Satan founder Anton LaVey. The Temple of Set is a left-hand path (e.g. black magic) oriented initiatory order with an added emphasis on theistic Satanism, while incorporating the Egyptian mysteries and Hermeticism into its ritual and doctrine.

You mention the Ordo Templi Orientis, however it should be noted the Temple of Set is not directly affiliated with the O.T.O. in any official capacity, nor can it trace any lineage through the O.T.O. itself, though it was indeed heavily influenced by the work of Aleister Crowley and his pioneering research into the Hermetic arts, Western esotericism and occultism in general, incorporated with LaVeyan Satanism into a theistic form of Satanic gnosis, embodied by the Egyptian god Set.
