What's the worst IT-related injury you've had?

TL;DR got really sore moving some batteries

I didn't really spill blood or anything, just a bit sore. I worked at an MSP that also has a huge wireless side and doubles as a WISP for a few commercial customers, so we had towers to manage. One of the towers was on the big hill across from the shop because it could see the main towers in town there, and it did not have any power / generator run to it - it was all solar

Anyways, in the middle of winter one of the batteries starts to go bad (deep cycle batteries, the big ones) but thanks to our network monitoring we detected it before it was an issue. I was tasked, along with a coworker, with replacing this battery and the second one up there while we were at it. Okay, that's fine and dandy, except there is no road up to that hill and there is literally a foot of snow on the ground.. but if this tower goes out, we lose communication with a bunch of companies (nice SPOF, but we could also manage things from the internet if needed).

These batteries weigh like 40 pounds each or so, so we took a piece of metal, strapped the battery to it, and tried to pull it up the hill like a sled, but it was too heavy and kept sinking in the snow. So we ended up carrying one battery at a time up this hill that's got to be almost a 40 degree angle up, in a foot of snow, on a maybe 10 degree day. It took about 20 minutes for each battery to get up the hill, and needless to say we were very sore after that.
