Rocklin Service Center has oodles. Nearby Roseville has four free, but it's in a mall so they could be ICEd. The new Sacramento SC is fine. The 4-stall Folsom SC in a mall has one open (unless it's ICEd); the other nearby Folsom SC has 3 free.
Vacaville is just over half full. Thank Goodness for the recent expansion there. Manteca half full.
Dublin has 3 free. That's SHOCKING for a Sunday. (actually, any day of the week). Factory only has one free. It would be full with a line except for the weather.
The two San Mateo SC's and Mt View aren't really travel SCs; they're usually full with lines due to local moochers; if anything, they are light today. Likely weather keeping the locals at home.
Gilroy and Gustine, both definitely used for travel are half full. Possibly the Gilroy one is showing half empty because the stalls are ICEd (it's in a mall).
