Well there has always been subtle interplay between Russian intelligence services and Mossad, so that wouldn't be surprising given the FBI and Mossad's historical partnership in all regards.

Truth be told however, the most powerful executive agencies in the U.S. gov vehemently hate the FBI, as she has accomplished her power solely due to budget and blackmail alone - not because they are honorable or respect their collective oaths to the U.S. Constitution.

Domestic terrorism is a creature of the FBI, period. The FBI's counterintelligence division surrounds persons of interest to create domestic terrorists, by disrupting the lives and livelihood of U.S. Citizens with officially sanctioned attacks in order to manufacture lone wolfs. And then the other side of the FBI swoops in and comandeers state terrorism investigations in order to cover the tracks of their counterintelligence division operatives. Same actors every time, over and over and over again, and with each wolf they cajole to pull the plug they double their budget that they then use to grease multinational defense contractors with.
