Who has experienced the Redlands hospital?

Been there twice and both times weren’t the best. First time was because I had a massive ear infection, like my right ear went deaf and I had a stabbing pain that was stopping me from sleeping, waited for hours to be scene and all the doctor did was dig around in my ear with a q-tip, complain about how disgusting my ear was, and that I should clean my ear. Left with my ear still in pain and feeling like crap because of the way the doctor treated me. I went to my gp the next day when they were open and my doctor had a look at my ear and said that if they had kept digging around in my ear they could have caused permanent hearing loss. Second time was last year when I hit my lowest point and was pretty suicidal, my doctor sent me there for emergency support and assessment because she didn’t trust me to be safe at home. I waited for 4 hours to be asked the standard questions and then be told that yep I was depressed and I could go home. Luckily I had good support from friends and they made sure to keep in check and I didn’t do anything stupid, but I found it pretty shitty that they just confirmed what I knew and my doctor knew and ignored the letter my doctor wrote saying that I needed immediate attention and 24 hour monitoring. Have had friends as well get pretty piss poor care from there as well.
