My coworker Juan, everything about this guy is extremely obnoxious and he never fails to get on every nerve I have. A little back story, I've been working at my current job for a year and a couple months and considering the type of work I do that's still considered new. A couple of months back I was promoted to a higher position and due to some unforeseen circumstances (i.e. supervisor leaving) I was bumped up to supervisor of my department and Juan didn't like that. He's been with the company for some odd 15 years and has been working in my department for 10 so when the position was available he thought it would automatically fall to him, too bad he not only sucks at his job but is also extremely lazy and while I personally hate calling any living human being this also extremely stupid. When I call him stupid I mean this guy refuses to learn, you try to teach him something he actually refuses to pay any attention and then opts to do it his way even when its wrong and unnecessary. The worst part about him though is how he can't take absolute any responsibility for his own actions, he fucks up and its always someone else. I've had him come up to me and explain in detail how things were so and so's fault or even my fault and then ask, "Do you understand now?" As if to reassure himself that he is a god among men who can do no wrong. This is getting long so I'll just bullet the other minor shit he does.
*Talks extremely loud when he's on the phone, good luck having a conversation while he's on the damn phone.
*sneezes or coughs without covering his mouth.
*blatantly ignores phone calls, emails, and people literally screaming his name
*Bad odor, dude literally told me he doesn't like to shower
*constantly farts in our small office, and oh man he has some bad gas.
*claims CEO and Vice president of the company have no idea how to run a company and that he knows better. There's more but I'm working and am a bit busy at the moment.
