"We will abuse you and you will have to like it"

A lot of the stuff you are talking about is stuff at an executive level. The ceo in general does not make or break the experience at a line level employee company especially with some of the huge companies we have in America. Obviously there are exceptions I’m not denying that. But with most companies the ceo and executive team don’t determine what an individual employees experience will be that is up to that employees manager. Which is what it seemed like we were talking about. That being said the company I work for is definitely more left leaning our company wide minimum wage is still 10.50 outside of certain states with different rules. As a company we oppose unions I’m not sure if my company lobbies or not but companies that are left leaning lobby too it’s not just a right leaning thing. All lobbying should be illegal. So yeah. People off all political beliefs can be crappy managers.
