Woman says Trump reached under her skirt and groped her in early 1990s

They don't care. There's subtypes of Trump supporters. Some people are just racist as fuck. Some still think he's a good businessman and that the experience translates to public office. And then there's the asshole block. You ever have that dude in your circle of friends who is an asshole for the sake of being an asshole? He's funny, but he's mean, but he's not mean to you, he just picks on more vulnerable people? That's the demographic. White men who never went to college is where he's strongest. People stuck in retail, warehouses, and where manufacturing jobs would be if we had any. They see him lashing out, saying the flippant, braggadocious things that mirror their conversations with their friends, and see themselves in him. They want him to succeed because they feel powerless and marginalized right now, but if One Of Them is in power, it's a symbolic victory. Their life has meaning, they're part of the dominant group. But where they're wrong is that they have a blind spot. The rest of us know the kind of person that they are, and we don't cosign on their bullshit. They might think they're funny, or brave for saying what other people won't. They're neither.
