Worst mistake of my life, signed a car lease I can't afford. What do I do now?

Yeah we had a Honda accord for like 6 years that was my gf's parents for 8 years prior. Just had to pay cheap insurance on it, bare minimum since if it ever got wrecked itd be worthless. Well it got wrecked earlier this year so we just took it in and got a Honda civic new model, on lease for $190/month and 1000 down. We didnt want to buy another car, nor deal with looking for a good deal on a used car. 190 was the promo price before taxes and stuff, but we acted like we didnt know that and were going to walk if the lease came put to a dollar higher than 190 and a down payment any higher than a geand, so they took like 3 or 4k off to meet our expectations.

We dont really care for civics but didnt want a big expense for the 2nd car, and can get rid of it in 3 years for when theres slot more electric vehicle optiona. so we are more than happy with it. We also lease a $85k BMW x5 that we got down to a lease payment of $550 and 1500 down. I need a luxury vehicle due to the nature of my work, cant show up in a Honda as that'd make the client second guess my abilities.
