Is it worth it to pay $500 to see the Warriors play?

$500 is nothing over the course of a lifetime, especially compared to a valued memory. Depends on how much hoops means to you.

Are the Warriors your team? Doesn't sound like it if you're in Miami, but maybe you're a transplant. If they are, it'll be a better value for you, because the memory will mean more to you. (If I had a retroactive chance to drop a month's rent on Showtime, I'd tell my landlord the check is in the mail and find out later what my local squatter laws were.)

Whether or not the Warriors are one of the great teams (I'm not going to get into that), in 15 years or so some new youngbloods are going to be diminishing them, maybe on a forum just like this one, and--who knows?--maybe you'll be able to dispute them with the argument:

"I saw them play in person. They were so hungover, they all had to change their drawers mid-game like Paul Pierce, but they still ran the GOAT Dion Waiters plus four out of the building like Sonny Crockett was chasing them on a cigarette boat."
