Would anyone recommend adding deadlifts into a bodyweight program.

At this point in my training I need to limit how intense my workouts are in order to keep my joints healthy. The fact that I can't train to the limits of my capabilities to me dictates that I am an intermediate, because simple linear progression doesn't apply to me like it does to the novice/beginner. I have advanced to the point in my training that necessitates the use of steady state cycles and periodised waves, which are not things beginners need confuse themselves with.

If you want more specific examples of things I am capable of: I can climb ropes with just my hands. I can perform long amounts of time in the handstand wall walk, although not the full 10 minutes I aim for. I can L sit for a good chunk of time with my palms flat on the floor. One arm pushups are a joke to me. I can perform behind-the-back clapping pushups. At one point I could dislocate at shoulder width, but I found only achieved that by pushing myself harder than I should have been and have since widened my grip somewhat. I can touch my chest to the wall during a bridge. I can touch my chest to the floor during a pancake. I have a six pack. You can see my rotator cuff in my shoulder, as well as all of the delts. I don't have an accurate way to guage forearms, but those are pretty scary too. My workouts generally involve more than 25 sets at a pretty high intensity, for a single muscle group/movement pattern. This is a much higher volume than a beginner would be able to train at.

As far as my circle goes I am the biggest, strongest, most flexible person I know (although I admit this is a big fish, small pond scenario). My only weakness right now is my ability to handbalance, but that is an intentional blind spot on my part, as I feel more strength will make that position easier to hold once I start training it. I've been avoiding learning bad habits.

So. Now you know who I am, and what I'm about. Now if you don't mind me asking, who are you that you feel you can dictate what is and isn't a beginner?
