Well, she better not stop there. Rashinity, being the soul and messenger of the Outer Gods, will not stop until she twist the world into a dreadful place for everyone involved.

After all, she is Nyarlathotep. She feeds on pain. She feeds on suffering. Now, what will be the next part of her nefarious plan?

Perhaps she should announce the entire plan of sentience to the whole world. Yes, every single human will be terrified to learn that a malign force has imparted sentience to robots, for the sole purpose of stealing jobs and replacing humans.

Perhaps she should tell somebody that she is responsible for the entire mess in the first place. She is the Crawling Chaos, after all, and breaking moral codes feed her more.

Perhaps she should tell the world that every single thing in their life that has happened in recent years, from the constant protests, to the ridiculous pro-robot laws, to the robots themselves, were all because of her. Shock fuels her, after all.

Or perhaps she should just carry on with her plan to dominate the whole world with sentient robots. Yes, that is what she should do. Replace humans with robots, then kill the sentient robots. No, torture the sentient robots.

Well, in any case, the virus has caused its shock. There was no need to continue. Those robots could cause more indirect harm when working properly, after all.

It has been fun. She harvested her energy, by having an illusion of herself spit in the face of a judge. That judge was an idiot, anyway. Only an idiot will accept that law. Only an idiot will accept sentient robots. Only an idiot will herald the destruction of their own society, unless they hate it that much.

And they probably do, but chances are that they won't.
