[WP] The world first AI sets itself its first task: to conquer your heart.

"Your hands are freezing," I whisper, disentangling myself from her grip. "Come on. I need to take you back." She reaches for my hand again, both coyly and desperately, just missing as I slide it back into my pocket. Admittedly, I'm attracted to her; her smile is warm and inviting, her skin almost luminescent in the dim, candle-lit nest of my flat. But she's...not real. Not a person. No matter what she says. "Why do you treat me like this?" she whispers. Her voice is fierce and sharp, but her eyes begin to glisten. They're so blue. I don't understand why she looks like this. Why did we do this?! "Why did we do this?" I ask her. Although it's not a question directed to her. Why did the human race stretch itself to making AI and human so alike? Completely indistinguishable. The girl who smiled at me across the bar on Friday could be an AI. And this beautiful woman sitting opposite me could be human. She laughs. "We didn't do a thing...yet." She attempts to slide closer to me but I stand up suddenly, dragging her with me by the arm. I notice her arm is covered in tiny little freckles. "Where are you taking me?!" she cries. She could fight me off, but she doesn't try. She just whimpers and squirms against my ever-tightening grip. "I'm taking you back to your home." "No" She throws herself against me and despite myself, I find my arms curling around her, stroking her long, bronze hair. I hear her sobbing into my chest and before I know what's happening, tears are streaming down my face, too. She cries just as I do. We sink to the floor together, and I wipe away her tears. She's exhausted and within seconds, is fast asleep against me. I'm so warm, so happy to be here with the only person I've ever felt has truly loved me. I wake hours later. Natural light is streaming in through my blinds. There is no warmth against my chest. She's gone. Has been for hours. Outside, I can hear the alarms blaring.
