Predators can win if they bring the appropriate level of weaponry or their actual military soldiers and not hunters, but what you see in the movies (Jungle Hunter, City Hunter/Lost Tribe) are at a severe disadvantage against any armored Space Marine, especially since they are usually hunting inferior prey (humans, xenomorphs) and they sometimes handicap themselves for the challenge.

They are physically inferior (Super Predators might not be), most of their anti-human weaponry like combisticks, claws, nets, cloaking, thermal netting, etc are ineffective against power armor. The only thing the original Jungle Hunter Predator has that would easily down a Space Marine is his wrist nuke, the shoulder-mounted plasmacaster, and any vehicle-mounted guns on his ship. Shurikens/smart discs can probably work against Space Marines similar to Eldar shurikens.

It can be a balanced or even advantaged fight if the Predator uses ambush tactics like they should and they know what they're going up against. But in a Predator 1/2/AVP vs. Space Marines, it's a slaughter in favor of the Space Marine in an open fight. Better armor, better physique, literally any weapon from the Space Marine including his bare gauntleted fists are lethal to the Predator, and the Space Marine isn't inferior in martial combat or physical prowess unlike with human protagonists or xenomorphs.
