I had to come back and say I am really sorry you had to live trough that horrible fight. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing that in front of you or within range of you hearing that horrible fight. Its normal to be scared and sad hearing them rage against each other that way. I hope they realize how fucked up that is you could probably say “ hey mom” i heard everything and it made me so sad. Please try not to do that when Im here. I hope they, your parents , can mend their relationship but they sound so angry and bitter. Let me tell you again. youll be ok. It sucks, its sad as hell yes but youll be ok.
