Hey!! Feel free to PM me... I was in a similar boat (same age!) just one year ago. Almost identical situation. It sucks at first, but you can get through it. This sub is proof that things do get better.

In regards to specific statistics on transmission rates, you're better off looking at the more popular posts on this sub! There's lots of good resources/data already posted, so I'd suggest looking around a bit.

In terms of moral support, I would love to offer you some!! Going through this alone (at such a young age) is really, really terrifying, but I also think it has made me so much more mature (mentally/sexually) just knowing my body, understanding the risks that come with sex, and having higher standards for who I choose to be with in the future.
