The military is filled with predators that we blindly ignore in favor of yearly anti sexual assault trainings that we do not put enough emphasis on. Sadly my observation has been that women are generally not safe around dudes in the military. It’d make your head spin with the amount of chauvinistic and downright vile shit I’ve heard come out of the mouths of some the people I’ve met while in.

You either enlist or commission, and you won’t be touching anything psych related as an enlisted. Finish out your BS and reevaluate if the military is a necessary stepping stone to become practicing psychologist, and if you do decide to join, go air force.
