[2017-01-21] /r/keto Community Support for Saturday 21st January 2017

my third day on keto, i feel so much fit. i walk everyday 40 minutes going to and back from university, usually however its winter my shirt get wet from sweat but today it didnt. i dont know if its keto related . i am 100 kg. i lost 2 kgs of water until now but it makes me feel so good. i feel my movement is so light and fit. one of things that help me on keto is that my house doesnt have alot of keto friendly food and i feel lazy to go bbuy something so i skip meals. but i am getting used to this feel of hunger. i shouldnt call it hunger in fact cuz i dont have this crave for eating like i used to have while i eat carb foods. green tea is my best friend it even helps me loose apetite. i am not a good cook but i brought 1 kg of ground meat and divided it into 8 parts and i fry them with thier on fat with some eggs and thats a meal . i am going also to buy some fish and store them in refigerator so i dont get bored from that egg meat thing . what else guys can i cook with simple stuff ?
