There is a simple test for male fertility that has been widely administered. The results were shocking. Only 3 percent of males on earth currently are fertile. The cause is thought to be genetic.

A test for women's infertility is still in the research and development phase, it's expected to take another 5 years.

Currently the only way to know if a woman is fertile is to impregnate her. IVF and other artificial insemination techniques have been linked to the epidemic, thus ruling out more efficient and automated ways of impregnating women.

The fertile men of the world, of which I am member, have to fuck a wide range of women and then upon identifying them, produce as many offspring as possible.
