I've noticed you. I'm new to the gym, only been going a month or so, but from the first time I saw you, I knew I wanted you.

I try to ignore you. most people are here to work, not be hit on. I focus on my reps, lifting as much as I can, working as hard as I can. Since leaving university and the taekwondo team, I've not felt as strong. My arms have lost some of their strength and firmness, but I'm still happy with what I have. 6 feet tall, slim but built, with a medium length trimmed beard and glasses, I can safely say I don't struggle in the looks department. I've made progress in the month I've been here; like you, I work hard, but there's more work to do. Each night I'm in, I hope to see you, to catch you after, to ask you out for a drink. In my focus, I always miss you when you leave.

You seem so determined, furious almost, honestly I'm a bit intimidated. You work hard for your body, one glance at your defined abs or your tight ass proves that. I hope you don't notice how much I'm starting at you, day after day. If you do, I hope you don't think I'm a creep!

It's Monday night. Our gym is open 24 hours, thank God, so when I finally get there around midnight, I'm surprised to see no one is there. I pass the trainer at the office and head upstairs to the treadmills to start my routine. Only one person up here. You. Your ass looks so good, your ponytail swinging from left to right as you run, I feel a bulge growing in my shorts. I try to ignore it, as soon as I started it'll go away. You're in the centre treadmill, I pick the one on the end, only one empty one between us. I hope you don't see how hard I am for you. You don't have your usual headphones in, I notice. I select my preferences and start to run, wondering if you've ever noticed me, thought about me like I have about you. Even a hint of attention, and I would be all over you, I'm ready to explode.
