You’ve gotta relax.

I’m a really paranoid person, so I understand your worries. I was left in my previous relationship for my friend, ended up getting back with that guy, just for him to leave me for another girl again. It scares me because I knew it was happening while in the relationship and I find myself getting anxious when my boyfriend has close friendships with other women.

But I’ve learned that I have to examine those thoughts critically, and understand that because of my past, normal things are going to make me a little more anxious, while I work on letting the past go. Are you happy in the relationship? If so, stop looking for things to go wrong, let yourself be comfortable in being happy.
