This 5-leaf clover I picked grew roots instead of dying after a few days like usual

THAT'S my issue with all of this. Well my main issue. The water can obviously be changed out, but the glass would not be so clean. 2 weeks max before you start seeing shit all over it.

The other problem here is that you've essentially sprouted a seed then clipped it above the roots and somehow got it to root by putting it into water? Clovers are sensitive to damage like that, you can't clone them. It's like grabbing a leaf from a nearby tree, sticking the end into water and somehow getting roots. It just doesn't work that way.

Granted I don't try to clone clovers, just pot, peaches, guavas, pineapples, gardenias, etc., but that doesn't mean your clover sprouting roots makes sense.
