Don't be disingenuous or pedantic; the risks of that world are clear and present. Playing the sexually enlightened person doesn't remove the exploitative realities that plague the industry. No, these women shouldn't be shamed for their choices or work, never said they should. But, don't pretend the dangers and opportunities for exploitation aren't there because you think discussion of such dangers is conflation with shame.
