After showing a great deal of interest, he suddenly doesn't text back. Did I do anything wrong?

All indications he was really into you, but after you canceled the date on Sunday (for a completely legitimate reason) he's scared that you canceled because you aren't interested. People are super insecure during the early dating phase. He's now pulling back from you because he doesn't want to get hurt. I could be completely off-base but that's my theory based on what has happened so far.

There's not much you can do other than wait for a response. If he doesn't response after a couple days you could try sending one last message like "I'm sorry for canceling our date on Sunday, I'm really bummed I wasn't feeling well because I really wanted to see you again"

If he doesn't respond to that then he's just not interested. Good luck
