ESH you both should have been more responsible. That being said, my parents own a pure bred dog and there are indeed rules in my country that the dog is not allowed to breed and continue the bloodline unless he has some kind of certificate from doing dogshows or something. We were never interested in breeding so we didn’t look into it. What the Sheppard owner says might hold some truth because they can’t technically deem it a “legitimate” litter. I’m not sure though, other people might know a lot more about this.

As for the dog abortion part... isn’t that a thing? I feel like a vet should be able to do that, especially if the pregnant dog is so young. Maybe look into it.
