I addressed this in the post; it’s freezing outside. Like hands hurting and can’t move them cold. I didn’t want to subject the babies to that. It was also their bed time and I didn’t want to disturb that. I ended up having to stay awake with them until like 7 in the morning, but thankfully they went to sleep sooner rather than later. I guess in the end it wouldn’t have mattered if we’d gone home since their sleep was already disturbed, but I didn’t know that they were both awake before I got back. My husband also wanted to eat, and my mom made food. So he was planning on coming in to eat anyway. We were both tired; it just made sense to me.
