I get that, there are all sorts of people in this thread alone bragging about the dingy grungy places they've eaten. The best lengua taco I've ever had came from a van that pulled up behind a dive bar I was at around 1:30am. It's one of those tacos I'll never forget. But not everyone is into eating cow tongue in dark alleys from strange unmarked vans in the middle of the night. So if I was feeding these tacos to my coworkers, I'd probably phrase it more generally like I got them from a food truck and omit the other parts.
