AITA for buying my 5th property rather than help out my siblings?

No, I don't know what it's like to be poor. I couldn't afford college out of high school, so I enlisted in the Marine Corps. I reenlisted in 2006 because again, I didn't think college was a good fit, and mostly, I didn't think I could adjust to regular life yet. After I got out of active duty obligations I used my GI bill to pay for college and studied something that could actually land me a job - that way I wouldn't be sitting out on Wall Street crying that nobody was paying me because I have an art history degree.

Look, I'm sorry if you have gotten fucked over in some way and that is why you feel the way you do, but the vast majority of people with your mindset just don't want to take responsibility for themselves. Go join the military and have them pay for your college.

To your last point, I can respect your opinion that capitalism isn't perfect, it isn't. I just don't know of a better system at this point, so if you can point me to a better system I am all ears.
