She offered at 2pm to call on her break. She was done work at 7pm. Didn't call until 1 am at which point I was sleeping. Then didn't follow up to check on me for almost 20 hours. We talk more often about nonsense and this lapse in communication is uncommon.

No but she was on video chat and the phone when he was here. She spoke to him. She knew how much he enriched my life. She knew I would be emotional about it.
