My family is really close with my cousin's family and they're saying I'm breaking up the family by doing this.

The break-up wasn't great, but I don't think it was anything out of the ordinary. She initiated it because she was unhappy though and I don't think he was expecting it, so it left a sour taste in my cousin's family, and in-extent my parent's mouth (as they tell each other everything).

Honestly, the reasons my family doesn't accept her is kinda fucked up. Both our families are super strict. My girlfriend is from a third-world country and came over to my cousin's place sometimes to eat dinner and my parents said she was just using them for that. They say she's like a gypsy because she doesn't have any parents here and had to sleep in different homes in highschool. And that her family must be involved in criminal activities if they could send her here. My parents also got from my cousin's parents that she's manipulative, mean.. etc etc
