Your own safety always comes first. If this is what you need to do to stay safe from emotional and/or physical abuse (and conversion therapy is abuse, always), then you need to do that. Heck, I even think you're way too kind still helping your parents out financially even though they abused you for years.

And even if you live on your own, or would live with your parents for free or whatever other things people say, you're still NTA. There is not any reason in the world you should enable your abusers to keep abusing you.

Stay strong, be safe. And only come out the closet again when you know you have other means to keep yourself safe. Safety first. Always.
