AITA for refusing to snow blow my neighbor’s driveway for free?

Thank you for your logical post, but I disagree. The OP didn’t simply refuse, he antagonized him by wanting to charge $200. I live in MA so I know snow removal prices and that over the top, meant for a reaction. Also dogs on their own property aren’t removed for barking. In rentals the rules can be different, but dogs bark. It’s all been blown out of proportion and it will only go downhill. Simply asking the guy to stop making the barking an issue and because of that he rather not shovel the driveway would have prob been a better solution, versus escalating the situation with a $200 fee. This situation is only going to get worse. Neighbor against neighbor. The dog is prob going to lose the most, sadly. I wish them the best, and stand with kindness wins.
